What's Covered
Manufacturing Defects
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects such as broken seals, contaminated products, incorrect formulations, or any factory-related issues that affect the product's quality or safety.
Damaged on Delivery
Coverage for products received in a physically damaged, leaking, or unusable condition due to transit or packaging failures, provided the issue is reported promptly with photo or video evidence.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Products that arrive non-functional or with critical defects are covered under DOA policy. Report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence for immediate replacement or repair.
What's NOT Covered
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare products that have been opened, partially used, or whose seals have been broken cannot be covered — except for DOA claims where the product was unusable upon arrival.
Allergic Reactions
Individual skin sensitivity or allergic reactions are not covered, as these vary from person to person and are unrelated to product authenticity or manufacturing quality. We recommend patch testing before use.
Expired or Misused Products
Products used beyond their expiry date, stored improperly (excessive heat, direct sunlight), or used against the manufacturer's instructions are not covered. Always check expiry dates before use.
How to Claim Warranty
To claim a warranty, customers have to show the warranty card issued by us or proof of purchase to verify that the product is purchased from us.
