Delivery Process
Home Delivery
We deliver beauty and skincare products all over Bangladesh. When you purchase from us it is our responsibility to deliver your products safely. We offer the fastest delivery process so that you can receive your orders without any hassle. Outside of Dhaka, we deliver through SteadFast, SA Paribahan, Sundarban Paribahan, and Pathao — whichever delivery service you prefer.
Cash On Delivery
Cash On Delivery (COD) is available with 20% advance payment required. You pay the remaining amount upon delivery. When you receive the product, payment must be made first before checking it. If you notice anything unusual about the product, you can directly contact us about any problem you face.
Fastest Delivery
After placing the order we'll confirm through a phone call. We deliver your products as fast as possible so that you can start enjoying your beauty and skincare purchases. In Dhaka City, delivery takes between 24–48 hours. Outside of Dhaka, it can take 2–5 days depending on the delivery service you choose.
Payment Process
Customers can advance their payment while placing the order or pay while receiving through Cash On Delivery (COD). We have all possible payment systems so that our customers can pay easily.
EMI facility is available so that our customers can pay more flexibly. Our customers can EMI any purchase through SSL E-Commerce. Customers can do EMI with almost every bank. We don't offer 0% EMI facilities - the customer has to cover the EMI charge.
Warranty Policy
Every product is covered by warranty. The warranty period is disclosed with every individual product on our website. The warranty will only cover manufacturing defects.
Return and Refund Policy
When you purchase a product from us and use it, there is no way to return that product or refund your credit. Return is only possible if the product is intact and fresh.
