Return Policy Overview

7-Day Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery, we can't offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.

Must be in original packaging with shipping package

DOA Policy

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Immediate Replacement or Repair

If your product arrives non-functional or completely unusable straight out of the box, it qualifies as Dead on Arrival. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof. Upon verification, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you.

DOA Claim Requirements

Report within 24 hours of delivery
Unboxing video evidence is mandatory
All original packaging and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

Gift Cards

All gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and issued.

Coupon Cards

Coupon cards and any coupons limited for your use only cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift Items

Items marked as gifts when purchased are not returnable at any cost.

Opened In-Ear Monitors & Earphones

For hygiene reasons, opened in-ear monitors and earphones cannot be returned once the seal is broken. This exclusion does not apply to DOA claims — if the product arrives non-functional, the standard DOA policy applies regardless of the broken seal.
